About Me

I specialize in consulting within the field of Civil Law, and primarily in Inheritance Law, advising, planning, guiding, and resolving issues from both a civil and tax perspective in these areas, thanks to extensive legal and tax knowledge and over thirty years of experience in this field.

I value meticulous and rigorous work, while offering a close and personalized approach, addressing the issues presented to me in a creative, well-considered, and committed manner.

Given the nature of the matters I advise on, specialization is essential. It allows me to fully dedicate myself to each case I handle, staying abreast of legislative and doctrinal changes.

I carry out this work by supporting the client at all times, offering personalized attention to guide them through their process, identifying issues, and providing satisfactory solutions from both a civil and fiscal perspective. The highly personal nature of the matters I handle means I view the client relationship as one built on trust, characterized by direct communication and continuous monitoring of each case.

I advocate for preventive law whenever possible, to strengthen rights, plan, and avoid future conflicts, thereby preventing civil and fiscal issues that could have been avoided or at least minimized. When a client has not been able to utilize preventive law and comes to the office with an existing problem, my objective is to resolve it personally and efficiently, seeking solutions and guiding them through to its conclusion, through careful, case-by-case analysis.
